1. The feeding operation is not stable
Reason: The loading track is warped and uneven, and the hopper rollers are in poor contact;
Solution: Check and adjust the two rails so that the rails are straight and the rail surfaces are parallel.
2. When the material goes up, it crosses the top dead center and pulls the traction mechanism
reason:
(1) Failure of the automatic limit device
(2) The automatic limit baffle is deformed and does not work;
Solution: (1) Overhaul or replace the limit device (2) Adjust the limit baffle.
3. The hopper is stuck when feeding
reason:
(1) The installation of the guide rail is uneven,
(2) There are foreign objects in the hopper discharge door;
Solution: (1) Re-leveling, (2) Remove foreign objects.
4. The hopper does not discharge when feeding
reason:
(1) The wire rope is elongated,
(2) The wire rope clip is loose;
Solution: (1) Adjust the rope buckle to make it tight, (2) Tighten the wire rope clip.
