The MCBP batching plant portable is a highly-integrated, rapidly disassembled and transportable concrete production plant designed for mobile construction and small to medium-sized projects. Fully automated, one person can operate the entire plant, saving labor.
It installs the control room,batching machine conveyor and metering system on one plane, and has material storage, weighing, cinveying, mixing, unloading and fully automatic control systems. Equipped with high efficiency concrete mixer, it can mix different types of concrete quickly and evenly.

The mixing host of MCBP mobile batching plant adopts JS double horizontal shaft mixer, and the mixing blades are made of wear-resistant alloy material, which makes the mixing uniform and high efficiency.
3. Electric Control System
The electric control system is combined with the modularized design of the whole machine, and the control cabinet adopts sealed design. One-key start and pause is convenient for operation and maintenance management.
