What is MCBP Portable Concrete Batching Plant?
MCBP small-sized low-discharge portable concrete batching plant, as an innovative mobile low-discharge mixing plant, skillfully integrates material storage, accurate weighing, efficient conveying, uniform mixing, smooth discharging and advanced fully automatic control system into one, constituting a complete concrete production system.
This new mobile mixing plant is fully integrated into an easy-to-move trailer unit, providing an extremely convenient concrete production solution for all types of construction projects, greatly improving construction efficiency and flexibility.
MCBP small-sized low-discharge portable concrete batching plant belongs to the same mobile mixing plant as YHZM, MCBP is lighter and more flexible than YHZM mobile mixing plant, the whole body adopts trailer design, equipped with tires, towing pins, traveling signal device and brake system, etc. When transferring to another site, except for the screw conveyor and the cement silo, the whole mixing plant can be towed and transported when the front-end is dropped.

Aggregate Batching Systems
Aggregate batching system can be laid out side by side, usually divided into 4 compartments, using belt conveyor for material conveying, which can increase the storage capacity and meet the material demand of continuous production.

Mainframe system
The mixing host adopts JS type forced mixer, and the whole mixing shaft is solid shaft with strong rigidity and hardness. And shaft-mounted reducer, low noise, compact structure.

Measurement systems
Powder and water measurement adopts three-point pressure type sensor, powder weighing body adopts octagonal structure, no accumulation of material in four corners.

base structure
The main structural chassis of the MCBP portable concrete batching plant has been carefully designed to be lower in height to enhance stability and ensure easier access for maintenance tasks. In addition, the discharge ports are strategically centralized within the chassis layout, further accelerating workflow efficiency.

air control system
The air control system is equipped with a large displacement piston air compressor, which is highly efficient and ensures fast and precise cylinder movements. It raises the air pressure to a specified value through mechanical compression and stores it in a storage tank.

electronic control system
It is connected with the upper computer through high-speed industrial Ethernet to realize the control of the equipment, with high communication speed and quick response. And the motor is equipped with overload and short-circuit protection, which can effectively protect the external equipment.

Split powder bin and screw conveyor
Split powder silo silo piece adopts mold one-piece stamping molding, the surrounding flange to ensure the silo structure strength, better sealing. Equipped with Φ219×6m screw conveyor (7.5kW), it is more precise and energy-saving.

electronic control system
