2. Maintenance after each shift
Clean up the inside and outside of the concrete mixer, and the accumulated material on the material door, and rinse it; fill the lubrication points at each lubrication point, especially the shaft end seal, and must not be missed; the liquid in the waterway should be drained in winter; the air compressor should be drained. Gas and accumulated water in the gas cylinder; all switches are in non-working state after shutdown, and the power supply is cut off.
3. Weekly inspection and maintenance
Check the condensation of the residual concrete in the mixing tank. If there is condensation, stop the machine and remove it (note that the power supply should be cut off and specially assigned to take care of it), check the gap between the mixing blade and the liner, and adjust it if it is not suitable; check whether the air system leaks and the cylinder operates Whether it is reliable; check the quality and liquid level of the lubricating oil in the reduction box, and fill or replace it if necessary; check whether the suction bottom valve in the water supply system is reliable; check whether the electrical components are damaged, repair or replace if necessary, check Whether the wiring is loose; unscrew it to release the silt, check the seal of the shaft end, and screw it in to release the silt if there is no abnormality.
4. Check and maintain all around
Check the tension of the belt of the concrete mixing plant and make appropriate adjustments; check the wear of the blades and liners; check whether the connecting bolts of the upper and lower racks, silos, and large inclined belt conveyors are firm and whether the foundation is down Shen; check whether there are lumps and sundries in the concrete mixing plant equipment-screw conveyor, and remove them if any.
5. Check, maintain and overhaul the concrete mixing plant every year
