4. During the feeding and transportation process, the mixing drum rotates forward, and the concrete moves inward along the blades.
5. When discharging, the mixing drum is reversed, and the concrete is discharged outward along the blades. The rotation of the mixing drum is ensured by the hydraulic drive device. The loading capacity is 3 to 6 cubic meters.
6. The automatic feeding mixer generally adopts the hydraulic pump driven by the car engine through the power take-off shaft, and then the hydraulic motor is driven by the high pressure oil to drive the mixing drum. For the loading capacity of 9-12 cubic meters, the vehicle-mounted auxiliary diesel engine drives the hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic motor. .
7. The blade is the main component in the mixing device, damage or severe wear will cause uneven mixing of concrete.
