The various settings of the concrete mixer should be reasonable.
(1) Power supply voltage: the extra voltage is 380 volts, and the error is ±10%;
(2) Whether the wiring of the motor and electrical components is reliable, the shell of the distribution box must be grounded reliably.
(3) The neutral line of the power supply must be handed over to the terminal board N in the distribution box, and all pipelines should be properly placed to prevent accidents from being crushed during operation.
Check the project regularly.
(1) Regularly check whether the lubricating oil of each reduction box and each lubricating part of the concrete mixer is sufficient;
(2) To check the starting stirring motor of the forced mixer regularly, the rotation direction of the two half shafts should be the same as the direction indicated on the sign. If the direction is not correct, the power supply wiring should be changed.
Initiate the unloading arrangement, and the opening and closing of the unloading door should be accurate.
(1) Initiate the water pump to lift water, and the water supply system should work normally;
(2) Determine the water supply amount according to the required concrete ratio, and adjust the time relay to the corresponding water supply time.
(3) Start the stirring motor to work.
