⑴ In the gas system, whether the oil level of the crankcase of the air pump of the mixing station is within the range indicated by the oil window, whether the valve cylinder is working, and the useful pipes and interfaces must not leak. Damaged parts should be corrected in time or replaced with new parts. part. The water in the oil-water separator and gas storage tank should be drained every day, and the oil atomizer should have enough oil, and the inspection time should be increased.
⑵ In the waterway system, the water supply valve should be appropriately switched, 35 concrete mixing station to ensure that the waterway is normal and unblocked, and the slag should be cleaned up in time. If there is a fault, it should be cleaned up in time.
⑶ Lubrication system: Add enough grease to each grease nipple, focus on the seal of the shaft head, check the oil level of each box, and add enough grease.
⑷ Mixing system: Whether the mixing blade, door side plate, liner and mixing arm are short and damaged. Whether there is any remaining material in the mixer, if there is any, the mixing station should be cleaned up in time, and the damaged parts should be corrected or replaced in time;
⑸ Transmission system: V-belt tension, chain tension, connecting shaft distance, whether the conveyor belt is normal, whether the belt is worn or damaged, please correct it in time;
