Material weighing system is an important factor, it’s related the concrete quality and concrete profit, it including the aggregate weighing, and powder weighing and liquid weighing. Normally there are two types weighing, each one depends on the capacity
For the cumsum weighing mode: the capacity as below the 50m3/h. the aggregate(sand, stone) use one scale, the cement and coal ash use one scale,the water and liquid will weighing respectively, then the liquid will put the water and mixing.
Independent weighing mode: the capacity over 50m3/h,various materials are used for independent weighing. All weighing are controlled by electronic scales and microcomputers.
Material Conveying System

Aggregate conveying: it has two types, Bucket type and Belt type
Fluid conveying： the mainly for the water and liquid additive. They will conveying by the pump separately.
