Main features

1 Good aggregate system

The system has four storage bins with screens, which can store four different sizes of sand and gravel. The batching door is controlled by a cylinder. Compared with the belt-type batching structure, it is simpler and more reliable, and will not cause deviations, wear belts and other faults.

2 Classic drum mixer

JZM series is a double-cone, reverse-discharge concrete mixer, with good mixing quality, low noise, stable operation, high productivity and long service life of the mixing drum. The mixing drum is welded with a pair of high and low blades, which form an angle of 500,400 respectively on the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates, the blades carry the materials. Because the blades are inclined inward, the left and right blades make the materials slide in opposite directions while raising and lowering the material, forming a cross flow in the middle, which has a strong stirring effect and achieves an ideal stirring effect.

At the end of the discharge cone of the mixing drum, a pair of spiral blades are welded. When the mixing drum rotates forward, the blade pushes the material to the center; when it reverses, the material is lifted and discharged by the blade, and the material is discharged cleanly and quickly.

How to start operate

A. After dragging the mixing station to the field with a tractor, shake down the linkage legs on the under frame to prop up the front part of it to separate it from the tractor and drive the tractor away.

B. Lift the rear part with a car crane, and connect the fixed legs with bolts. While shaking down the legs, put down the rear part, so that the whole is stable at the same time, and then the linkage legs are shaken up (even if The fixed outriggers are forced to link the outriggers without force).

C. Remove the fixed support for the transportation of aggregate and cement scale to make the sensor under force.


2. Powder material system

A. Install the cement bin accessories (dust collector, level gauge, arch breaker, butterfly valve) to the cement bin body.

B. Lift the under frame of each cement silo to the designated position (if the bottom is not fixed, measures must be taken to prevent tipping).

C. Connect the cement bin climbing ladder to the cement bin tank.
