Operate process of mobile cement batching plant 

1. After the mixer control system is powered on, it enters the operation interface of man-machine dialogue, and the system performs initialization processing, including formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume, etc.

2. Detect each silo and weighing bucket according to the weighing, output empty or full signal, and prompt the operator to determine whether to start the stirring control program.

3.Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed the metering hopper; open the butterfly valve of fly ash and cement tank; start the screw machine motor to transport the fly ash and cement to the metering hopper; open the control valve of the water tank and the admixture tank to make water And admixtures flow into the metering hopper.

4. After the metering meets the set requirements, open the metering bucket door, and the ingredients enter the activated mixer for mixing. Open the mixer door at the set time, and the concrete enters the mixing truck that has been charged.

The working principle of mobile cement batching plant is same as the stationary cement batching plant.

The working principle is that the various materials stored are weighed by a weighing system according to your ratio, and then the amount of a single mixing of various materials is measured, at last the material is conveyed into the concrete mixer for mixing, and passed through the discharge hopper.
