HZS50 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant adopts bucket feeding method and is equipped with feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and steel structure components. It is a fully automatic controlled concrete batching plant. It occupies less capital than HZS60 concrete batching plant, occupies a small area and has fewer parts. The theoretical productivity is 50 cubic meters per hour. The machine is widely used in bridge construction, road engineering, construction sites, construction companies, etc. It can produce various types of concrete, such as plastic, dry and rigid concrete, and is used in precast plants as an ideal equipment for producing ready-made concrete.
Main features
The mixer and aggregate lifting mechanism of Stationary Concrete Batching Plant adopts JS1000 double shaft forced mixer, which has strong mixing capacity, high efficiency and good quality. The whole station adopts a combined structure and modular unit, which makes its installation and relocation very convenient. Aggregate batching adopts PLD1600 batching machine with high measurement accuracy. The batching of cement, water, fly ash and liquid admixtures adopts electronic weighing, which is simple and practical, and has high batching accuracy. Its water supply system adopts the principle of siphon pump pressurization, which can speed up the water flow and spray water evenly. It is ideal for small construction sites, precast plants and ready-to-use concrete production plants.
