Mobile concrete plant is a concrete mixing equipment that integrates the material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, unloading and automatic control systems of traditional fixed concrete mixing plant in a single trailer unit.
Its production process, operating methods, and maintenance procedures are identical to those of a fixed automatic mixing plant. At the same time, it offers the unique advantages of flexible mobility, quick assembly and disassembly, and convenient storage management.
Main features of mobile concrete plant
1. Mainframe
Cantilevered mixing mainframe chassis, which contains the trailer truck's pull pin and parking legs; the chassis is equipped with a mixer, cement and water admixture measurement scales; there are inspection walkways, railings.
2. Control room
It is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing station. The control system is the same as the fixed mixing station. The control room is the front support point of the entire station when it is working. When transfer it will be stored in the interior of the bracket, all its control lines do not need to be removed.
3. Aggregate batching measurement
This system is located at the rear end of the whole station, and the upper part is aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and a height plate is set to increase the storage capacity. Pneumatic door opening operation in turn.
4. Belt conveyor rack
This rack is a truss structure that connects the mainframe chassis and the aggregate batching frame, with a built-in belt rack; the mainframe, belt rack, and batching frame are combined to form the main structure of the entire mobile concrete plant.
5. Main mixer
JS type forced mixer is generally used, which can quickly and evenly mix fluid and dry concrete.
