Solution: check the cooling system, lower the oil temperature, check the oil pump, dredge the pipeline, check the volumetric efficiency of the oil pump, if it is low, replace the oil pump, if the oil suction is insufficient, check the filter and hose.
Fault 2: The abnormal impact of the hydraulic breaker mainly has two aspects, one is that the surface of the piston and the control valve is damaged, and the other is that the piston is emptied or does not collide with the drill rod.
Solution: Remove and clean the damaged parts, and carefully remove the burrs with oil. Polishing makes the valve core and impact piston move flexibly; operating the main engine makes the drill rod tightly against the broken object.
Fault 3: The hydraulic breaker leaks oil, and the hydraulic breaker leaks oil in many places. It is considered bad at the pipe joint, the lower cylinder body, the air-filled plug or the sealing ring of the single valve, and the sealing ring of the cylinder head is bad.
