JSL series twin spiral concrete mixer enjoys the features of high quality and quick mixing. This type concrete mixer is widely used in the Commercial concrete mixing plant, High-speed rail and Expressway project etc.
FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS
● Mixing blades are spiral layout, strong and enough in mixing activity, short in mixing time, can increase mixing efficiency up to 25%, save power up to 10%.
● Main parts, such as gear box, bearing, oil sealing, V-belt is imported parts, which extend service life, reduce fault rate and make more reliable usage.
● Transmission system, shaft seal group, discharging system is same with the standard blade concrete mixer, which is easy to maintenance.
● Adopt innovative designed shaft seal group, with more reliable performance, which can increase the sealing property twice better than the normal group.
● Equipped with multiple seal protect and wind pressure protect device to avoid the leakage affectively.
● Equipped with electric oil pump, oil the independent pump cores directly. No need of the splite-flow valve.
● Equipped with multiple water tube to spray water evenly.
● Heavy weight design makes the run safety and smooth.
● Moisture sensor can be optional.
