1. The technical properties of cement must meet the requirements of current national standards.
The homogeneity and stability of the product should be maintained, and the chemical composition, fineness, strength grade of each age, setting time, standard consistency and water demand should not fluctuate greatly.
In particular, the intensity values cannot fluctuate wildly.
2. When preparing concrete, the mobile concrete mixing station needs less water, better fluidity, and better adaptability with admixtures;
During cement grinding, not only the fineness (specific surface area) but also the particle gradation and particle shape of the cement should be controlled reasonably.
3. The matching amount of the cement mixture in the mobile concrete batching plant should be scientific and reasonable;
Pay attention to the selection of gypsum varieties and the control of cement factory temperature.
4. When there are special requirements for concrete, special cement should be provided. If there is a low-alkali requirement, low-alkali cement should be provided;
When low heat is required, cement with low hydration heat (such as medium heat cement, low heat slag Portland cement) should be used in the mobile concrete batching plant.
