The side transmission gear is an external open transmission, and the speed is low and the load is large, so it is easy to be contaminated by dust and sludge. Every time before starting, the oil pot should be used to pour lubricating oil on the gear, and the dust should be cleaned once a week to prolong its working life. Do not apply grease to the side drive gears, as the grease will bind sand and dust in large quantities, which will accelerate the wear of the gears.
In addition, the large ring gear and the driving wheel are fixed by bolts, which need to be inspected and tightened once a week. The driving chain is also used as the final transmission part of the small excavator. Its transmission load is very large, and it is subjected to the impact force of driving and braking, so it needs to be carefully maintained.
The sleeve roller chain will elongate when it is working. This is caused by the gap between the sleeve and the roller caused by the wear. On the slack side of the chain, so that the oil can enter the gap between the chain plates, and then wipe off the excess oil with cotton yarn. Do not use butter or high-viscosity oil to lubricate the chain, which will damage the chain and the chain due to the adhesion of sand and dust. sprocket.
If the chain is seriously stained, it should be removed and cleaned with gasoline, soaked in lubricating oil for half an hour, then pulled out to wipe off excess oil, and continue to be loaded into the car for use.
The knowledge about the side drive and chain maintenance of small excavators is shared here, and I hope it will be helpful to you.
