Q: What particle size of aggregates can a mobile concrete pump transport?
A: It is suitable for medium and fine aggregate concrete, with the maximum aggregate particle size ≤30mm. It is suitable for the transportation of ordinary concrete and mortar, but it is not recommended to transport large-particle crushed stone concrete (to avoid clogging).
Q: How far can it be transported at most? How high can it be delivered at most?
A: The horizontal conveying can reach up to 1,000 meters (with the need for extended pipes and pressure-increasing devices), and the vertical conveying can reach up to 250 meters, meeting the vast majority of scenarios in small and medium-sized projects.
Q: Is the later maintenance troublesome? Are consumable parts easy to buy?
A: The maintenance is simple. On a daily basis, only the conveying pipe needs to be cleaned and the sealing performance of the sealing ring needs to be checked.
