Diesel Concrete Pump Machine
A concrete pump is a construction machine that continuously conveys concrete through delivery pipes using pressure. It operates with a standard diesel engine drive system, making it suitable for construction sites in areas without power supply. Equipped with portable, movable tires, it enables on-the-go operation with the ability to stop anywhere. The working structure principle of concrete pumps
The power system (diesel engine) provides the power, and the hydraulic system converts it into hydraulic energy to drive the pumping. The pumping system consists of two main oil cylinders (alternating reciprocating), two conveying cylinders (alternating suction and pushing of materials), hoppers, S valves (distribution valves, key components, ensuring continuous high-pressure conveying), and wear-resistant steel conveying pipelines.
