1. Prepare the backpack LED tower light required tools. Generally, there are screwdrivers, wire strippers with cutting blades, wire nuts, or solderless connectors, spare fluorescent lamps, etc., which must be prepared in advance.
2. Specific assembly process
(1) Remove the original fluorescent lamp and replace it with LED fluorescent lamp, and remove the ballast and starter, so that 220V AC mains power can be directly added to both ends of the LED fluorescent lamp.
(2) Power off old light fixtures? Just turn off the wall switch, which may not power off the light fixture, so make sure to remove the circuit fuse, or trip the circuit breaker, be sure to operate it in no-power mode.
(3) After removing the old lamps, fix the old installation components of the existing lamps in place, and disconnect the fluorescent lamp wires from the circuit wire position; then disassemble the fluorescent lamps until the lamp wires are operated.
(4) Use wire nuts and crimp-type solderless connectors to connect the lamp wires to the line wires, and then connect the wires according to the colors, white wires to white wires, black wires to black wires, and insulation deal with. In some parts of the work lights, brackets are needed to support them for lighting.
