2. Install the tow rod
Lift the front of the mobile Led light tower with a support, then open the side door.
Use a wrench to unscrew the bolt fixing the L-bracket inside the mobile flood light tower body, and then pull out the L-bracket.
Insert the tow bar into the car body and fasten it to the inside of the car body with bolts. Then lower the front support foot, adjust the support foot to the proper height, and insert the fixing pin.
Take out the chain inside the carriage, hang it on the iron rings at both ends of the bottom of the carriage, and then use the chain to hook the hook of the tow bar; Finally remove the support.
3. After installation, support foot
Pull out the latch on both sides of the tail of the carriage to fix the rear support foot, pull out the support foot to the appropriate position, and then plug in the fixing pin.
Shake the rocker to adjust the height of the supporting foot so that the wheel is off the ground and the weight of the portable diesel light tower 's vehicle body falls on the supporting foot.
4. Install the portable diesel light tower lifting rod
Lift the mobile led light tower lifting rod to the top of the vehicle body and place it in the U-shaped bracket, ensuring that the bolt in the U-shaped bracket is inserted into the positioning hole on the lifting rod.
Lead the six-core cable and four-core cable on the lifting rod into the car body respectively through the large and small Gulen joints on the car body, and connect the cables according to the figure, paying attention to the one-to-one correspondence between the cables; When installing, pay attention to the packing and tighten the green joint to ensure the sealing effect.
When installing two cables, attention should be paid to leaving a 15-20CM margin on the outside of the car body, so as to avoid the cable force when the lifting rod is lifting.
Remove the two dowel pins above the front pulley of the car body and the pulley and dowel pins at the front end of the lifting rod.
The wire rope on the winch in the car body through the square hole at the bottom of the pulley position, pull out from the groove of the pulley, and then bypass the pulley taken off the front of the lifting rod, and the pulley is installed in the front end of the lifting rod, and then pull the wire rope back to the upper hole of the pulley at the bottom of the car body and fix the wire rope with a pin shaft. Pay attention to ensure that the chuck at the front end of the wire rope is oriented, and ensure that it is in the clamping state, not loose.
Install the pin shaft above the hole of the pulley at the front of the lifting rod to prevent the steel wire rope from falling off the pulley.
5. Install the lamp holder
Screw off the bolts on the top beam of the lifting rod to fix the lamp head; Then adjust the mounting brackets of the four lamp holders to the horizontal position.
Attach the four lamp caps to the beam in turn.
Connect the input cables of the four lamp caps into the junction box at the top of the lifting rod, and connect the cables according to the requirements in the figure; Note the wiring sequence of the four lamp caps.
