FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Chassis：

Adopts imported Japan ISUZU chassis, with strong power, good performance, flexible operation, comfortable experience, can supply Euro III, EURO IV, EURO V for optional. 

Power system：

Adopts imported Germany STIEBEL transfer case, with strong transmission power, smooth and reliable operation.

Pump system：

Consist of:

1. Master cylinder

2. Washing chamber

3. Delivery cylinder

4. Concrete piston

5. Hopper

6. Rotary cylinder

7. S valve

Pump system characteristics：

● Maximum volume of the hopper is 800L. Inside wall adopts arc design ensures no dead end & accumulated material, cleaning convenient.

● S valve, small height difference ensures the concrete flow smoothly.

● High wear resistance concrete push piston, ensures the lifetime of pump volume more than 10,000m³.

● High wear resistance Eye plate & Cutting ring, ensures the lifetime of pumping volume more than 20,000m³. Fully reduce the clients’ use cost.

Pump system structure：

● The reasonable design of the mixing structure and blades raise the aspiration rate of the concrete.

● Driven directly by the hydraulic motor makes the transmission structure simple and the maintenance convenience.

● Mixing structure has the function that reverse when get stuck, and automatic recovery.

Boom and Leg system：

● Boom and leg structure adopts DOMEX high strength steel plate imported from SSAB company, Sweden.

● Boom balance valve adopts products from HAWE company, Germany.

● Rotating platform can 360° rotate, makes the placing range as wide as possible.

● Leg adopts traditional rear swing type, which can open rapidly and operate simply.
