The concrete mixer is composed of 13 parts, such as mixing mechanism, feeding mechanism, water supply system, chassis and electrical.
Rabbling Mechanism
The rabbling mechanism is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system. The mixing cylinder is a working part of the drum concrete mixer. The mixing cylinder is double-conical, and two pairs of high and low pieces are welded inside the cylinder, which are arranged in a cross way.
Feeding Mechanism
The feeding mechanism is composed of an upper hopper, a ladder, a lengthening track and a landing track. The lifting and climbing action of the hopper is driven by the output shaft of the gear reducer through the feed clutch and the wire rope reel at the shaft end.
Water System
The water supply system of the drum concrete mixer consists of a motor, a water pump, a regulating valve and a pipeline. After the motor is energized, the pump can directly inject water into the mixing drum, and adjust the flow of water through the regulating valve.
