EP diesel concrete mixer is a self-falling double cone reverse discharge concrete mixer. The working power source of the whole machine is a hydraulic tipping bucket used by a diesel engine for aggregate feeding. It adopts drum mixing. Under working conditions, the concrete is rotated clockwise for mixing, and the concrete is discharged counterclockwise.

Working principle:

There is a ring gear on the outer surface of the mixing drum, and a pinion on the driven shaft meshes with the teeth of the ring gear. At the same time, a spiral stirring head is installed on the inner surface of the mixing drum. In the working state, relying on the rotation of the drum and the gravity of the internal material, the drum rotates clockwise for concrete mixing and counterclockwise for unloading. In non-working conditions, the EP diesel concrete mixer can be towed to other working sites by a trailer.
