1.Run empty truck before operation, check the rotation direction of the stirring rod or the stirring blade, the operation and braking of each working device, and confirm that the operation is normal.
2. During the operation, if there is a failure and the operation cannot be continued, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing tank should be cleaned up, and then the maintenance should be carried out.
3. After the operation, the mixer should be thoroughly cleaned.
If the operator needs to enter the tank for cleaning, he must cut off the power supply and set up a special person to monitor it outside.
Or remove the fuse and lock the switch box before entering.
4. After the operation, the hopper should be lowered to the hopper pit, and if it needs to be raised, it should be fastened with a chain.
