Working process
The working process of a concrete mixer and pump is quite simple. The machine has two separate hydraulic circuits- one for the mixer and the other for the pump. First, you have to load the mixer with the required amount of raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and water. The mixer then blends these components into a homogenous mixture.
Once the mixing process is complete, the machine's hopper is positioned to receive the mixed concrete. The hopper is then lifted up by the hydraulic ram and positioned over the discharge outlet of the pump. The concrete is then pumped through the pipeline and any obstruction is broken up by the high-pressure hydraulic pump.
The concrete mixer and pump is capable of pumping concrete long distances both vertically and horizontally. The pump is also equipped with a control valve that enables you to adjust the volume and pressure of the concrete being pumped. This makes it possible to pour concrete into even the smallest areas of the construction site.
