Small Concrete Pump

At their core, small concrete pumps consist of three main components: a hopper, a pumping unit, and a distribution unit. The hopper is where the concrete is first placed, typically with the help of a concrete mixer if the pump is not already attached. 

The pumping unit of a small concrete pump typically consists of a hydraulic piston that is powered by a diesel engine or an electric motor. As the piston moves back and forth, it creates pressure that pushes the concrete through the hoses and towards the distribution unit.

The distribution unit of a small concrete pump is made up of several smaller components, including valves, hoses, and a boom. The valves help regulate the flow of the concrete, while the hoses transport it to the end of the boom. The boom is then maneuvered into various positions to place the concrete where it is needed.
