Maintenance Of Double Horizontal Shaft Mixer

I. Requirements for the use of raw materials

The machine is suitable for powder and granular inert material, the particle size should not exceed 150mm, in which the medium of 120-150mm should not exceed 12% of the total capacity (The proportion of ingredients is shown in Table 1).

Usage limitation: this mixer is not applicable to the inert material with volume greater than 150mm and the adhesive medium with volume greater than 12% and humidity close to 15%, such as soil. When the semi-dry concrete mixture sticks to the mixing shaft, the diameter of the mixing shaft will increase and the mixing efficiency of the mixing arm will be reduced. So you have to keep the mixing shaft clean.

.The cleaning of blender

Within one working cycle (concrete curing time, generally less than 2 hours), the mixer should be cleaned at least once. After finishing the material every day, the accumulated material in the blender should be thoroughly cleaned. In the process of cleaning with water, about 500kg of gravel can be mixed in order to wash more clean.

Ⅲ.The lubrication of blender

Please refer to the outline drawing of lubricating pump in the manual

1. Recommended OIL for mixer reducer: MOBIL GEAR 629 (MOBIL) or OMALA OIL 150(Shell), 16 litres of OIL.

2. The lubricating oil change cycle of the reducer of the blender: 50 hours after the first use, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced. After every 1000 hours or at least half a year to replace the reducer oil. Pay attention to the first oil change. After putting the oil out, add about 2 liters of lubricating oil to clean the reducer. In the future oil change process, such as brand changes, also need to use lubricating oil to clean the reducer.

3. Recommended grade of hydraulic system oil: DAT25(Mobil) or TELLUS S46(Shell), 10 litres, to be changed every 2000 hours or at least once a year.

4. Lubricating oil pump (lubricating oil pump mainly supplies oil to the shaft seal) : NLG10# grease is used in winter, and NLG10# grease is used in summer. It must be refuelled from the oil inlet filter, and it is strictly prohibited to open the top cover of the oil pump for refuelling.

5. Lubrication parts: spindle bearing, unloading door bearing, motor bottom plate rotating shaft, motor bottom pole rotating shaft, hydraulic cylinder rotating shaft.

Ⅳ.the sealing of the mixing host

1. Shaft end seal: the shaft end seal directly determines the efficiency and life of the mixer. Automatic shaft head seal lubrication system, improve sealing effect and life. Air pressure shaft head protection device, to ensure the blender work more stable and reliable operation.

2. How to check whether the lubricating oil really reaches the main shaft head for the automatic shaft head sealing lubrication system?

The method is as follows:

2-1. Check the oil pressure indicator (10--60bar) : if the oil pressure indicator is lower than l0bar, the valve core is blocked; If the gauge indicates higher than 60bar, the shunt core is blocked, the shunt core is blocked.

2-2. Check the grease consumption (42mL/h). That's 1/4 of the tank per day. If the consumption is lower than this, it is necessary to check whether there is lubricating oil delivered to the four shaft heads. The method is as follows: Each of the four shaft ends is equipped with a spare grease nozzle, and the ball core of the grease nozzle can be pressed with the top of the nail. If there is grease coming out from the ball core, the lubricating oil pump is normal.

2-3 if it is found that the shaft head is short of oil, first check whether the shaft head tubing is unblocked, then check whether the shunt valve is blocked, and finally check whether the pump heart is normally supplied. If the fault cannot be stopped, butter should be added with butter gun at the grease nozzle at the shaft end, not less than 2 times a day.

3. Pneumatic shaft head protection device: adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 1-1.5bar. Check the pressure of the air pressure solenoid valve after it is energized (0.2-0.5bar). Air pressure solenoid valve gets electricity when feeding. The air pressure solenoid valve loses power during unloading.

4. Clearance adjustment between the liner and blade: clearance measurement blade and cylinder body highest point, normal working clearance 3-8mm. Blade bolt adjustment torque is 200Nm. After clearance adjustment, the tightness of bolts should be checked again after several cycles of work.

V. Other daily inspection items

1. Tightness of bolts

After working for a week, check the tightness of bolts of blades, stirring arms and lining plates. Work 2000h, must check the tightness of belt pulley and coupling coupling bolts.

2. Tighten the bolts

Stirring arm 420Nm; Leaf blade 200Nm; 100Nm lining board; Belt pulley 130Nm; Coupling 100Nm; Shaft head 450Nm.

3. Wear degree of vulnerable parts

Replace the mixing arm when the wear degree reaches 50%; Replace the liner when the thickness is less than 3mm; Replace blades when blade clearance can no longer be adjusted.

4. Check and adjust the tension of the driving belt

4-1. Check belt tension

4-1.1. Remove the flywheel cover;

4-1.2. Check in detail whether all belts are in good condition and whether there is derailment aging;

Note: If one or more belts are worn out, the belts must be replaced immediately.

4-1.3. When the belt pressure is 100N (10kg), the pressure point is in the middle of the two belt wheels, and the belt deformation along this direction is not more than 20mm.

4-2. Adjust the belt tension

4-2.1. Loosen the nut of adjusting bolt (Please refer to the manual for details).

4-2.2. Turn nut clockwise (Please refer to the manual for details). Make the motor bottom plate move down, thus tightening the belt.

4-2.3. If the belt is too tight, please loosen the nut as described above (Please refer to the manual for details)

4-3. Replace the belt

If the belt is aged or deformed, the belt must be replaced immediately, according to the following steps:

4-3.1. Open the flywheel shield cover.

4-3.2. Remove the coupling between the two pulley.

4-3.3. In order to keep the motor parallel, twist the two support nuts on the bottom plate of the motor synchronously (Please refer to the manual for details). Raise the bottom plate of the motor about 60mm, at this time the V-belt has been completely loose, remove the V-belt.

4-3.4. Get a new V-belt.

4-3.5. In order to keep the motor parallel, twist the two support nuts on the bottom plate of the motor synchronously (Please refer to the manual for details) to raise the bottom plate of the motor and tighten the V-belt. When the v-belt pressure 100N(10KG) days, the pressure point in the middle of the two pulley, pressure to the middle, belt along the direction of the deformation is not more than 20mm.

4-3.6. Check that the positions of arms and knives on the two stirring shafts must be consistent with the instructions, otherwise the arms on the two shafts will touch each other.

4-3.7. Install the coupling and flywheel protection cover between the two pulley.
