Howo Transit mixer adopt the HOWO chassis, It adopt three-point control mode, by control bar on both rear sides and in-cab device to control the drum easily and conveniently. The mixer tanks with blade anti-wear protection, which are made of special cold-forming pressing molder, welded with drum body by new welding process without obvious trance. Humanization design, large power tail working lamp at rear part, not only meeting special requirement for night working ,but also ensuring safety of personnel and vehicle.
Production Details:
1. Mixing drum molding
Using CNC plasma cutting to ensure its accuracy; The welding of the tube sheet in the special working platform uses special automatic welding equipment for welding.
2. Mixing tank assemble
Mixing tank assembly using special fixture, welding is made with Panasonic automatic protection welder.
3. Sandblasting
Mixing tank,subframe,water tank, charging and discharging system and other accessories adopt automatic peening pretreatment process to to achieve oil removal and rust removal, which greatly increases the adhesion of paint film and guarantees the quality of paint spraying.
4. Painting
The vehicle adopts dust-free paint and adopts the baking paint process. The top coat quality and rust prevention performance are superior.
5. Test
After debugging, also adopt automatic inspection lines to ensure the product quality and safety of the entire vehicle.
