Agitator Truck

The agitator truck also called concrete mixing truck is composed of two assemblies, the chassis and the top part. The upper part is composed of a mixing cylinder, a subframe, a feeding device, a control system, a hydraulic system, an electrical system, a water supply system and a guardrail. The built-in blade is used to continuously force the concrete to agitate, so that it does not solidified within a certain period of time (up to 90 minutes), so that the mixing truck can meet the use requirements after arriving at the site. The use of mixing trucks can significantly reduce construction costs. It reduces the purchase and maintenance costs of on-site mixing equipment, and reduces the loss and waste of concrete in the transportation and waiting process by improving the transportation and mixing efficiency, thus reducing the material cost.

As a container for storing concrete, the mixing drum plays a decisive role in preventing solidification and segregation.
