Preparation before operation of diesel concrete mixer
1. Check whether the machine is stable and whether the four outriggers are supported firmly;
2. The machine is running normally when empty;
3. Fill the pump with water and test the pump once;
4. Check the electrical grounding condition.
Requirements for diesel concrete mixer after operation
1. A certain amount of stones and water should be put in before shutdown, stirred for 5-10 minutes, and then released to eliminate the accumulation in the cylinder and avoid sticking to the tank;
2. Clean the ash and adhering concrete;
3. Place the hopper in the transport position and hang the safety chain; the operating handle is locked with a safety hook;
4. Cut off the power supply and lock the electrical box;
5. In the freezing season, all the water in the water supply system should be drained;
6. Fill each lubricating point with necessary lubricating oil.
