Advantages
Agg Aggregate batching system mainly includes: hopper, material belt, aggregate belt, vibrating screen, belt conveyor. 3 or 4 hoppers are loaded with aggregates of different specifications to meet the gradation requirements of asphalt mixture. Hot mix palnt equipment with lower part of each batch of hopper is equipped with an adjustable belt feeder, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The collecting belt under the hopper will collect the aggregate and transfer it to the vibrating screen. The particles with a diameter of> 40mm are screened out, and the remaining particles are sent to the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor then transports the aggregate to the drum dryer (drying drum). |

Warranty terms
EP is responsible for the asphalt hot mix plant quality within one year warranty（except the wearing spare parts）, and in this period we will provide original spare parts for free if it is with manufacturing quality problems; and we provide spare parts with cost price if caused by un-proper operating.
Daily maintenance
If necessary, we can provide daily maintenance guidance personnel of aspahlt hot mix plant for the client with charge, who will be responsible for plant daily maintenance like periodical lubrication, regulating plant torelance or dealing with the failures during operating.
