Material weighing system is the key component that affects concrete quality and concrete production cost, which is mainly divided into three parts, such as aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing.
In general, mixing stations under 20 cubic metres per hour use superimposed weighing methods, that is, aggregate (sand, stone) with a scale, cement and fly ash are weighed separately with a scale, water and liquid admixture, and then the liquid admixture is placed in the water bucket for pre-mixing. In the mixing station of more than 50 cubic meters per hour, the method of independent weighing of each weighing material is used, and all weighing is controlled by electronic scale and microcomputer. Aggregate weighing accuracy ±2%, cement, powder, water and admixture weighing accuracy reached ±1%.
