The equipment is equipped with a self-articulated shovel device. Its flexible mechanical structure can precisely adjust the amount of aggregate grasping according to construction requirements, avoiding the common problems of overloading and missing loading during manual loading.
It adopts a low-inclination double-spiral drum design. Compared with traditional mixing drums, the double-spiral structure can form a stronger material convection circulation, allowing aggregates and cement slurry to fully collide and mix inside the drum.
Equipped with a combined structure of a hydraulic inclined discharge trough and a V-shaped hopper, the hydraulic drive system can achieve multi-angle and smooth adjustment of the discharge trough. The operator can precisely control the discharge speed through the control panel.
The top of the equipment is equipped with an integrated protective structure canopy, which is welded with high-strength steel and has excellent impact resistance and deformation resistance.
The equipment as a whole is made of heavy-duty chassis and thickened steel plates. Key components have undergone strengthened treatment, which can withstand the wear and impact of long-term high-intensity operation, significantly extending the service life of the equipment and reducing the maintenance cost in the later stage.

The EPDAS self concrete mixer machine has excellent terrain adaptability. Its front-mounted cab design, combined with a powerful four-wheel drive system, enables it to easily conquer steep terrains up to 30° even when fully loaded with concrete, providing strong support for construction projects in complex terrains such as mountains and hills.
In addition to its strong terrain adaptability, this equipment can continuously complete the loading, mixing and precise discharge of over 100 cubic meters of concrete every day, easily meeting the high-strength concrete supply demands of medium and large-scale construction projects.
Equipped with a dual-view cab, it adopts a dual design of "main operation view + auxiliary monitoring view" to enhance the operational efficiency and safety factor of the equipment.
Fitted with a 270°slewing drum, allowing concrete to be discharged at every side of the vehicle at heights of over 2m.
